Refund & Returns
- We ship in bulk by sea freight which will take 25-45 days to reach port of destination. The vast difference in timing is due to the weather, sea traffic, and cargos lining up at the port.
- We use UPS/FedEx/DHL for domestic delivery depending on your location.
- Please note that tracking information will be NOT be provided right away.
- We need the cargo and container to be closer to the port of destination before we can schedule a delivery with your domestic courriers.
- The shipping label will consequently be created and your tracking no. will be provided about a week prior to the landing at port of destination.
- After then, we will handle the customs clearance for you before forwarding your products to either FedEx, DHL or UPS(depending on your location).
- This process might take between 3 - 15 days depending on the queue that we are assigned by customs department. We DO NOT have control over it.
- From there, your tracking no. will be automatically trackable.
